About Tronixpro
Tronixpro is the sea fishing brand of Tronix Fishing, founded in February 2007 by George Cunningham, a West Sussex plumber and competition shore angler who started by selling swivels and rig components to local tackle shops. The Rig Winder made the brand's name, and terminal tackle remains its volume business, but the rod range has grown into one of the broadest shore programs in UK sea fishing. Five families cover the ladder: Guerilla is the largest, running two-piece beachcasters in glass-tip GT and tubular-tip TT builds alongside three-piece Surf models, a Multi Tip and Twin Tip system, short inshore and Flattie rods, and Boat and Uptide builds. Xenon adds the Surf trio in three tip types, the C-6 beachcasters, a Match rod and a six-piece Travel rod. Exodus covers continental-style three-piece surf rods named Argentum, Aurum and Aesum plus Beach, Match and Estuary models, and the Competition family (Match 247, Rock 247, Naga, Blackout) serves the match circuit Tronixpro sponsors, including the England World Shore teams. Rods are rated in gram and ounce casting weights with published rod weights and tip types; distribution is through UK, Irish and European dealers.
What Tronixpro is known for
Britain's volume sea-tackle brand, grown from eBay swivel packets to sponsor of the England World Shore teams. Best known for terminal tackle and the Rig Winder; on the rod side the Guerilla family is the workhorse shore range, Competition rods serve the match circuit, and the Exodus surf rods carry the continental style. Glass-tip (GT) and tubular-tip (TT) variants run through the whole program. Cross-shops against Century's shore range at the budget-to-midprice end of the same beaches.
