About Noeby

NOEBY Core Fishing Tackle is a Chinese fishing-tackle manufacturer based in Weihai, Shandong — China's fishing-gear industrial cluster. The factory has produced rods and lures since 2005; the NOEBY brand was launched in 2016 as a vertically-integrated label selling primarily through AliExpress and regional e-commerce partners.

The company operates a 36,000 m² primary factory with 16 dedicated rod production lines, supported by 20+ in-house engineers, ten international designers, and 600+ employees across manufacturing, R&D, and quality control. New models are pre-production tested with senior anglers before mass production.

NOEBY's lineup is unusually broad for a single-brand operation, covering freshwater bass and trout (Senses, Keen Force), saltwater inshore and surf (Virtuosi, Nonsuch, Infinite, Surf Master), light-to-heavy offshore jigging and casting (Voyager, Beast), and packable travel formats (Beast Travel, Voyager Offshore Casting). Each family is split into purpose-specific sub-series rather than do-everything blanks.

What Noeby is known for

NOEBY is best known for putting Japanese-grade components — Fuji guide trains, Fuji reel seats, Toray carbon blanks — into competitively priced saltwater rods sold direct via AliExpress. Strongest coverage is in shore jigging, slow-pitch jigging, GT popping, and 3- to 5-piece travel formats, with sub-series tightly scoped to specific techniques.

Signature technologies

Fuji guides and reel seats: Japanese-spec Fuji guide trains (typically Alconite or SiC inserts on premium models) and Fuji DPS-style reel seats are used across the Voyager, Beast, and Infinite series — the same hardware that mid-tier Japanese-domestic-market rods carry, at notably lower price points.
Toray carbon blanks: Premium series (Voyager, Beast, Infinite) advertise Toray carbon as the blank material — the same Japanese carbon supplier behind many JDM rods, used here in tubular blanks tuned for fast and regular-fast saltwater actions.
Multi-section travel construction: Dedicated 3-, 4-, and 5-section travel formats across Beast Travel (Travel Jigging, Travel Shore Jigging, Expedition Series) and Voyager Offshore Casting — full offshore power ratings in carry-on lengths, with section joints engineered to preserve action through the joins.
Sub-series specialization: Rather than asking a single series to cover broad technique ranges, NOEBY splits each family into named sub-series with narrow technical purposes — e.g. Voyager fans into Slow Jigging, Tuna Edition, Light Concept, Plugging Special, GT Edition, and Offshore Casting, each with its own blank tuning. This makes lineup navigation easier and lets each blank optimize for one technique.
Weihai vertical manufacturing: All design, blank rolling, component assembly, and QC happen in the same Weihai facility. 16 rod production lines and 20+ engineers in-house give NOEBY tight iteration on new models and the ability to keep prices below comparable Japanese-component rods imported through distributors.
