Alpha Angler builds one small line of technique-specific bass rods, each named for the job it does, and all 18 sit here as a single made-to-order system out of Spokane, Washington. The reaction and cranking rods run on S-Glass and S2-Glass composite blanks: the Rebound 2.0 and deep-diving Mag-Rebound for crankbaits, ChatterBound for bladed jigs, Slasher 2.0 for jerkbaits, TopHammer for topwater, and the XH Wide Glide 2.0 for big glide baits and swimbaits. The all-purpose casting rods are Toray graphite, led by the 7'3" MH ZILLA 2.0 and its limited xHM ZillavAAdr 2.0, both originally frog rods broadened to jigs, Texas rigs, and tubes. Flipping and heavy cover fall to the H Hitter 2.0, the XH Mag-Hitter 2.0, the Power Skip, and the M Clutch power-finesse rod. Finesse spinning runs on Toray high-modulus graphite across the Wrench, 76er, DSR 2.0 drop-shot rod, Finesse Spybait, ShAAkr, and the limited LiteSAABRE. Every rod carries the proprietary Low-Drag 316 stainless guide system and an aluminum counter-balance butt-cap, and most reach a 2.0 second generation shaped by prostaff and customer input.
