BORON+Paragon is the graphite bait-and-spin casting series and the broadest range Anglo builds. The blank stages Toray carbon by section: a 24t tip, a 30t mid, and a 40t-plus-boron butt. The taper is medium-fast and tuned for minnow twitching.
The 24t tip delivers precise castability and crisp twitching action, while the boron-composite 40t butt supplies the power for fighting larger trout. Matching modulus to section is what lets one design cover finesse presentations and big-trout work without feeling compromised at either end.
The series spans 3-piece builds from 4'9" to 8'3", rated 1-23g, in both baitcasting and spinning configurations. That breadth makes BORON+Paragon the natural center of the bait-finesse catalog, the series most anglers will reference when choosing a length and power for their water. Every rod is hand-built and serial-numbered at the Setagaya shop.
