BORON+Precision is the multi-piece travel and pack rod, available in 4 to 6 pieces. The layup is graded: sections 1 and 2 are 24t carbon with glass, the mid is 30t, and the butt is boron with 40t. Put-in and spigot ferrules join the sections, and the rod collapses to about 360mm for transport.
The taper is medium-fast and built to handle heavy sinking minnows in headwaters, so packability does not cost the angler casting power or control. The boron-and-40t butt keeps the lower blank stiff enough to manage weighted lures and fish in fast water.
The series is spinning-only, from 4'3" to 6'4", rated 2-10g. For an angler hiking into 源流 water or traveling to fish, it offers a compact rod that fishes like a one-piece. It cross-shops directly against Huerco's packable trout rods.
