Heritage

Heritage is Anglo's big-trout rod, built for Hokkaido and overseas trophy and monster trout. It exists for anglers who had been forced to press bass or seabass rods into service on big trout and wanted a tool designed for the job.

The blank uses low-resin, low-modulus carbon in a thick wrap for torque, with a new taper that reduces tip-heaviness so the rod stays workable over a long day. Components are chosen to match: titanium SiC and K guides and high-grade cork. The combination targets the lift and durability that landing large fish demands.

Heritage is a 2-piece rod from 6'8" to 8'8", with lure ratings reaching 23-38g and line ratings to 12-18lb, in both baitcasting and spinning builds. The longer, heavier configurations are the ones an angler reaches for when the target is a genuine trophy rather than a typical stream fish.
