The LIGHT model is rated 3/4 to 4 oz over 30 to 60 lb line; the HEAVY model widens to 2 to 6 oz over 40 to 80 lb line, putting both well into the heavy surf class for big striped bass and other large beach predators. The blanks are nano carbon, chosen for low weight and durability across long sessions on the beach. The action is moderate-fast, a profile meant to wear fish down smoothly while keeping a strong enough backbone to turn a fish's head when needed, paired with a tip sensitive enough to register subtle takes.
