The Light models carry a 20-30 lb line rating, while the Medium models step up to 20-40 lb and a heavier lure window, giving a paired light-and-heavy option at every length. The series uses a moderate-fast action, a profile that loads progressively through the blank for long-range casting while still recovering enough at the tip to keep contact with the lure and detect bites. The loading behavior is the reason the rod casts far with less effort and stays easier on the back during extended fights with larger fish.
