Magic Eye Innovation

Magic Eye Innovation is a single-model offshore popping rod, the S-1002: a 10' two-piece spinning rod rated 40 to 120 g lure (max 150 g) and PE 3 to 6 (roughly 30 to 100 lb). The long blank is built for long-distance casting of large surface baits, with a moderate action that gives a deep-loading, rubber-band-type feel that springs back to launch baits and to apply steady retracting pressure when fighting fish. The PE line class and gram-rated lure window place this firmly in the saltwater popping discipline for large pelagic targets rather than inshore or freshwater use. It is the only model in this series and sits within Black Hole's broader popping family, between lighter light-popping rods and the heavier big-game blanks.
