The Suzuki Special II UL Surf is Black Hole USA's ultra-light surf series, a four-model spinning lineup running 8, 8'6", 9, and 9'6" in two-piece blanks. Every model carries an Ultra Light power rating with a light line window in the 8-16 lb range on the shorter rods, widening to 8-20 lb on the 9 and 9'6" lengths. The lure ratings sit at the light end of the surf spectrum, suited to smaller plugs, metals, and finesse presentations rather than heavy beach baits. The series uses a moderate-fast action paired with an ultra-light blank, a combination that lets the rod cast long with very little effort, an advantage that matters most when working light lures over distance. Construction is advanced nano carbon, the thin, high-strength material used across the surf range, here optimized for minimum weight and maximum sensitivity while staying durable enough for both saltwater and freshwater use.
