TREVALISM KABIN (TK division) is Breaden's ultralight ajing and rockfish lineup within the GRF (Glamour Rock Fish) family, built around one goal: reading every feeding pattern the fish gives. The stated design targets are sensitivity, hook-up, and control, with weight cut aggressively to sharpen the blank's response. Breaden markets the series for detecting not just clear bites but feed-ups, slack-line takes, and the faintest presence bites.
The defining feature is a jointed tip section offered in three materials, each with its own character. CS-tip uses a carbon solid tip; CT-tip uses a carbon tubular tip; TS-tip uses a titanium solid tip. The titanium (TS) tips add a rebound sensitivity: their weight and softness amplify small bites as the tip returns, and the natural softness makes the rod less likely to be felt or rejected by the fish, which Breaden frames as an advantage in ajing. The tip and butt guides are titanium-frame TORZITE rings, and the blank runs an unsanded finish outside the logo area to preserve blank performance and reduce line stick.
The range spans 4'2" to 8'0" with two-piece builds across the CS, CT, and TS tips, plus a four-piece 4Traveler mobile package (7'0" to 8'0") that keeps the KABIN action and guide layout in a compact travel format. Line ratings run PE 0.1 to 0.5 with mono from 1 to 6 lb; cast weights range from near zero up to 10 g depending on model.
