The Assault was Hearty Rise's compact heavy jigging series, now discontinued. Four one-piece 1.61 m models covered baitcasting and spinning in two power steps: a 400 g jig class on PE 8 and a 500 g class on PE 10, with rod weights from 355 to 408 g. Blanks used the NET-V II high-density mesh carbon layup at 99 percent carbon and an OPP matte finish, applied without sanding or paint for water-shedding and scratch resistance. Guides were Fuji deep-drop HB and K-SiC patterns chosen to stop tip wraps under heavy braid. A short, stout deep-jigging rod for large quarry.
