Evolution SP was a discontinued special edition within the Evolution line, offered in matching one-piece and two-piece versions: the casting-grip ESC-652L and ESC-651L at 1.96 m and the spinning ESS-682L and ESS-681L at 2.04 m. All four were L-power 99 percent carbon builds of 103 g to 114 g, rated 1.8-9 g lures on 3-6 lb line. The blanks used NET-V II multi-angle mesh construction for casting rebound and an OPP finish for light weight with water and scratch resistance. A light-lure specialist that is no longer in the catalog.
