FEV Black WAVE is Hearty Rise's ultralight salt game entry in the FEV line, a two-model spinning series built around a fine solid carbon tip. The tip section joins the blank in the traditional inserted spigot style, and an orange marker at the tip raises visibility so small bites register by eye as well as by feel. The main blank is high-density carbon, the guides are lightweight anti-tangle frames, and the handle pairs an ergonomic reel seat with a black EVA split grip.
The two models are the 1.83 m BWS-602UL at 93 g and the 2.12 m BWS-702UL at 100 g, both two-piece blanks at 97 percent carbon. Ratings are identical: 0.5-5 g lures on PE 0.1 to 0.6, squarely in light-game territory for jigheads and micro lures around ports and rock edges.
