FEV Seashore MAN is Hearty Rise's shore jigging and shore casting series, built specifically for throwing weight from rocks and beaches. The blanks are stiff, high-density 98 percent carbon with an action tuned for rod work and jig manipulation, fitted with high-strength anti-tangle guides to prevent braid wrap during jerking. All models are three-piece, closing to 101 cm so a full-length shore casting rod travels easily.
The range is 12 models: spinning builds at 9'6" (2.91 m) and 10' in M, MH, H, and HH powers, plus 9'6" casting versions in the same four powers. On the 9'6" spinning rods, maximum lure ratings climb from 60 g on the M to 120 g on the HH, with line ratings from PE 2.0 to PE 5.0, drag ratings of 3 kg to 6 kg at 90 degrees, and rod weights of 219 g to 255 g. That spread covers light plugging for coastal pelagics up to genuine heavy shore jigging.
