MENG CHUI XIAN - HH

MENG CHUI XIAN HH (夢吹仙 超硬調) is the extra-hard version of HR's Meng Chui Xian telescopic stream pole. The stiff HH taper is aimed at the stubborn fighters in a creek, giving enough backbone to turn and lift hooked fish quickly rather than letting them run the pool. A wide-angle rolling process moves the balance point rearward so the long lengths stay controllable at full extension, and the grip is finished in rubberized paint with a raised dot texture for wet-hands security. The cosmetic is a coffee-brown tone with a color-shift split point along the blank.

Four lengths cover 12 to 21 chi: 3.61 m at 53 g in seven sections, 4.53 m at 78 g, 5.42 m at 115 g, and 6.31 m at 144 g in thirteen sections. Every model closes to 76 cm and the blanks are 99 percent carbon. As a reel-less telescopic pole it fishes fixed-line rigs, and the sub-150 g weights across the range keep all-day holding practical even at 6.3 m.
