RICH Ocean (富海) is a boat rod designed around 80 to 300 gou sinker loads for shallow reef marks in 50 to 200 m of water. The blank is nearly all glass fiber, overlaid with an X-pattern carbon cross wrap that stiffens the tube while keeping the deep, forgiving bend glass provides. HR describes the result as a quick, agile tip over a tough, springy body: the fine tip shows gentle pecks at the bait, while the mid-section absorbs violent strikes and sustained pulling. The series is pitched as a lightweight hand-held boat rod, light enough in balance for a full day of holding rather than resting in a holder.

Three one-piece models share a 2.11 m length and differ by sinker class: the 150 (80 to 150 gou) at 646 g, the 200 (100 to 200 gou) at 694 g, and the 300 (150 to 300 gou) at 790 g. All are 99 percent glass fiber. The format is standard Taiwan-style boat bottom fishing: weighted multi-hook rigs dropped to reef bottom for whatever the mark holds.
