Shunu HH is a telescopic stream pole in a stiff (super-hard) taper, built for small-fish stream fishing in the haya style. The blank uses NET-V III multi-angle mesh construction with SNVC Japanese high-density carbon and Toray cloth, keeping the pole light but resilient. The tip assembly is a rotating-tip design with a solid carbon number 1 section, which raises both sensitivity and durability where stream poles usually fail. The stiff taper gives precise casting control in tight mountain water and turns fish quickly on light line.
Five lengths run 3.3 m to 6.3 m; sampled models weigh 37 g at 3.3 m, 47 g at 3.8 m, 57 g at 4.3 m, and 79 g at 5.3 m, all at 99 percent carbon with a 57 cm closed length. Hearty Rise names pale chub and Chinese hooksnout carp as typical targets, the standard quarry of Taiwanese creek fishing.
