SLOW Jigging is Hearty Rise's discontinued first-generation slow-pitch jigging series. The blank recoil was raised about 20 percent over conventional designs to keep backbone in a jigging-length rod, and the range added heavier jig classes than typical Japanese slow-pitch rods to suit Taiwan's fast-current waters. The reel seat carried an anti-slip treatment. Four one-piece 2.03 m models were offered in overhead (SB) and spinning (SS) versions across two power classes: number 1 for 120 g jigs on PE 2.0 and number 2 for 180 g jigs on PE 3.0, at 130-161 g rod weight. The series has been replaced by later SLOW Jigging generations.
