SLOW Jigging III SG x Tokayo is the big-fish variant of the SLOW Jigging III collaboration series. The blank uses Japanese high-strength, high-modulus ultra-high-density nanocarbon and is tuned to bend deep in a wide arc while keeping power in reserve, a profile intended for extended fights with heavy fish rather than pure jig-working crispness. The reel seat is a Fuji T-DPS that passes tip signals through to the hand, and the guide train is Fuji LC frames with SiC rings, a high-strength tangle-resistant setup suited to heavy PE under load.
Three one-piece trigger-grip models at 95 percent carbon step down in length as power rises: 1.77 m rated to 340 g jigs on PE 2.5 with 14 kg drag at 90 degrees (183 g), 1.66 m to 500 g on PE 3.0 with 18 kg (192 g), and 1.56 m to 800 g on PE 4.0 with 22 kg (214 g). That 22 kg top drag figure is the highest in the SJ3 family.
