TOYO Kiritsu II 3H

Kiritsu II carries the first Kiritsu's concept forward unchanged in substance: an extreme 55-action, 3H soft shrimp pole where the deep, full bend turns each pond prawn into a drawn-out fight. The maker repeats the same brief as the original: a soft, springy, lightweight blank comfortable over long sessions, a direct-feel universal rotating tip to prevent line tangles, and the matte laser-engraved aluminum alloy grip with skeletonized cut-outs.

The difference is cosmetic: Kiritsu II wears a green and black scheme in place of the original's black and red. The single model is 1.8 m, 4 pieces, 98 percent carbon, 37.5 g, closing to 55 cm, a fraction lighter than the first version. Anglers choose between the two on color.
