The Valley Hunter is Hearty Rise's broad freshwater lure family, built around fishing mountain streams and valley water but scoped to cover lakes and reservoirs as well. The design brief pairs a strong lower blank for steering fish out of current with a sensitive tip that reads distant takes, and a springy action that both extends casting range and cushions violent runs to protect light hooks and line. Per-model tuning is explicit: SUL and XUL models flick 1-3 g spoons and micro minnows for dace and small stream fish, mid powers handle spoons, topwater, minnows, cranks, and worm rigs, and the heavy end runs rubber jigs, Texas rigs to 2 oz, and big baits for pulling fish from cover.
The range spans 18 casting and spinning models from SUL to XH, including four-piece travel versions, with lure ratings from 2-10 g up to 10-80 g and lines from 4-10 lb to 12-30 lb, all on 99 percent carbon blanks.
