Wang Chen HH (忘塵 超硬調) is a super-hard telescopic pole in Hearty Rise's Taiwan pond lineup, built on the NET-V II blank process, which the maker credits with a 120 percent gain in rebound force over a conventional layup. The blank pairs a slim outside diameter with thick walls, and the tip section carries a SUPER TOP rotating tip that lets line swivel freely instead of wrapping the last section. The handle uses the brand's newer rubber grip.

Four lengths cover 3.61 m to 5.36 m in four and five piece telescopic builds, all 99 percent carbon. Weights run 70 g for the 12 size to 132 g for the 18, with closed lengths between 117 cm and 128 cm, so the longest models still pack down to a normal telescopic carry size. The super-hard action is aimed at controlling strong fish quickly on fixed line, in the mold of a Taiwanese battle pole.
