Ying Zhan Ba (硬戰拔) is a competition battle pole built for Taiwan's pay-pond circuit, combining the NET-V III structural process with Japanese Toray high-density carbon to get a slim blank that stays strong under load. The stated targets are tilapia (fortune fish) and large carp, and the design balances low weight against the explosive backbone needed to turn fish fast in competition, with a stiff blank that releases its stored power on the lift.
A spiral-pattern non-slip grip improves hold and control during hard fights. The range is compact: two 8H extra-stiff telescopic models, a 370 at 3.7 m (160 g, four sections, 111 cm closed) and a 390 at 3.9 m (170 g, 117 cm closed), both 99 percent carbon. The 8H grading places it among the stiffest poles in the Hearty Rise pond lineup, sized for tournament rather than leisure use.
