BIXOD N 40th is JS Company's 40th-anniversary series, six models that span the brand's core techniques: bass spinning and casting (S702L, BC702MH-X), tai-raba red seabream (BC5102FS-RSC), tip-run eging (S632ML-S), cuttlefish (BC552M), and flounder downshot (BC632M). Sampled builds run 1.78 to 2.14 m at 97 to 121 g, all fast-taper 2-piece rods; the seabream caster throws 30-100 g on PE 0.6-1.2 while the bass models carry conventional ounce and pound ratings.
The anniversary spec is the draw: 40-ton ultra-high-modulus carbon with Helix SNM graphene and helical core construction, solid or titanium tops by model, Fuji Titanium SiC guides on the KR concept, an in-house reel seat integrated with a real-carbon grip, and U-coat clear finishing. At ₩429,000 to ₩449,000 the series sits near the top of the BIXOD catalog as a commemorative cross-technique set.
