The NIXX POP EGING VER.2 updates JS Company's entry eging series for bigfin reef squid with lighter blanks: 99% carbon, fast taper, and rod weights of 92-99 g against the 115-122 g of the first generation. Four two-piece spinning models are offered, from the S802ML (2.44 m) through the S832M and S862ML-M to the shorter S682L-M, with load ratings given in egi size (ho) rather than grams and line ranges of PE 0.4-1.5 depending on model.
A carbon-weave rear grip section marks the visual update, and the in-between ML-M and L-M powers give finer steps for matching egi size to season. Built at the brand's China factory and priced around 135,000-145,000 KRW list, it holds the same entry-tier position as its predecessor in the squid lineup.
