The Revolution Ahi Pop popping rods use a lightweight 30-ton modulus full-carbon two-piece blank with Fuji Alconite guides, a Fuji DPSM reel seat and EVA grips with cork trim, rated up to 60 lb of drag. Three models trade length against lure ceiling: 8'0" throws to 200 g on PE 5-10, 8'3" to 160 g on PE 4-8, and 8'6" to 140 g on PE 4-6.
The stiffer butt section carries the fight while the tip loads big poppers, stickbaits and other large topwaters for tuna, GT and other pelagics.
