Anabas

Anabas is a telescopic zoom pole built for fixed-line pole fishing, listed in 4 lengths from 3.6 to 6.3 m. Each length collapses through several fishing positions rather than one, so the same pole covers a near margin and a longer swim without a change of tackle. Tegek is the Indonesian fixed-line pole discipline: no reel, no guides, line tied straight to the tip, fished at close range on ponds and canals. Maguro specifies high-carbon blank, a threaded zoom system and a rod stopper. Poles run 13 to 19 telescopic sections and 138 to 337 g. It packs to 42 to 47 cm, over a 1 mm tip.
