Barracouta is a 3-model range for vertical jigging, running 1.58 to 1.76 m. Jigging rods work vertically under the boat, loading against the weight of the jig rather than a cast. Maguro specifies Fuji guides, EVA grips and a dedicated reel seat. Ratings run lure 180 to 550 g, line 1.5-4 lb to 8 lb and power M to MH. Builds are 6 guides. Maximum drag is quoted at 7 to 12 kg.
