Marcoca

Marcoca is a telescopic zoom pole built for fixed-line pole fishing, listed in 4 lengths from 3.6 to 6.3 m. Each length collapses through several fishing positions rather than one, so the same pole covers a near margin and a longer swim without a change of tackle. Tegek poles are fished without a reel at all, the line running from the tip section, which is why the blank itself has to absorb every run. Maguro specifies high-carbon blank, a threaded zoom system and a rod stopper. Poles run 13 to 19 telescopic sections and 137 to 335 g. It packs to 42 to 47 cm, over a 1 mm tip. Indonesian list prices run about $15 to $26 across the 4 models.
