Scope OPS Olive Duplon

Scope OPS Olive Duplon is the full-handle member of the green OPS family, running an olive Duplon handle the length of the butt section where the Abbreviated models carry only short grips. It suits anglers moving to the OPS from conventional carp rods who want familiar foam under the casting hand, and it gives more purchase for two-handed casting and for wet-hands work when boating or wading.

The blank is the OPS specification: 30 tonne high modulus low resin carbon with a 1K Toray external weave, tuned for fast recovery on the cast and a controlled action against big fish at close quarters. The signature Scope features remain, with the retractable butt section packing the full-length blank down to a fraction of its fishing length and the patented Butt Lock Peg allowing single-bankstick setups without a rear rest. The olive Duplon and dark furniture keep the whole outfit low-key on the bank, consistent with the OPS range's subdued green styling.
