Nagare is Nissin's standard entry seiryu pole, sold as the rod to start clear-stream fishing on. Twenty rods cover seven lengths from 3.40 m to 6.40 m in three hardness grades, all closing to 57 cm.

Chuukou is the softest grade, 35 g at 3.45 m rising to 105 g at 6.40 m, rated 0.2 to 0.4 号 harisu. Kouchou and Koukouchou step up the stiffness and the tippet rating to 0.2 to 0.6 号, and each grade shortens slightly as it firms: the longest rod is 6.40 m in Chuukou, 6.30 m in Kouchou and 6.25 m in Koukouchou. Weights run to 120 g at the top of the Koukouchou range.

Prices run ¥12,600 to ¥25,800 before tax, the least expensive seiryu family Nissin lists. No-reel telescopic poles rated for nylon harisu, made in Japan.
