Hechi is Japanese wall fishing: a bait dropped tight against a harbour wall or pier piling for black porgy, fished with a short rod and a tiny free-spooling reel so the bait falls naturally. The INVICTA is Nissin's main hechi family, and this page gathers all eight of its variations.
The base INVICTA is the slim, light build in five rods from 2.40 m to 3.00 m. The Rungun models are made for moving along a wall rather than settling: Rungun SP is the telescopic version, Rungun LTD-FB a full-black limited edition, Rungun Light the lighter 2026 addition, and Rungun Mobile a five-piece rod closing to 61 cm. The 2WAY locks at two fishing lengths, and the Micro and Micro Plus M close to 47 cm and 54 cm.
Harisu ratings run 0.6 to 3.0 号 with sinker loads of 1 to 5 号. Prices run ¥24,600 to ¥43,000 before tax.
