Kyokuryu is the long end of Nissin's carp range, reaching 10.00 m, which is a rod for fishing a far margin from a bank rather than a swim in front of you.

Eight rods cover 3.55 m to 10.00 m at 85 g to 575 g, all closing to 105 cm with a 0.6 to 1.5 号 harisu rating. At ten metres and well over half a kilogram it is among the largest poles in the catalogue.

Prices run ¥22,000 to ¥55,000 before tax.
