ARES Prostage Number ISO

The Prostage Number is Nissin's entry iso rod and the largest iso family it builds: thirty-three rods covering eight power classes. Iso fishing works a float rig from a rock shore for gure and other bream, and the 号 class sets how heavy a rig the rod will carry.

Lengths run 3.55 m to 6.25 m and weights 120 g to 560 g, spanning fine 1号 float rods through 5号遠投 distance models. Harisu ratings run 1 to 4 号 with sinker loads of 1 to 4 号.

Prices run ¥12,400 to ¥26,700 before tax. Power is the 号 class, the Japanese scale for iso rods: a 1号 blank is a fine float rod and a 5号 is a heavy one, and each class is a separate rod with its own weight, rating and price. 遠投 (entou) in a class name marks the long-casting version.
