Regina Yamabuki is the largest single family Nissin builds: thirty-two herabuna poles across three hardness grades. Hera fishing is done from a platform over a commercial pond with a fixed line and a fine rig, and the rod is chosen by length to match the swim rather than by casting weight.
Lengths run 1.85 m to 9.00 m and weights 35 g to 460 g. Kouchou takes 0.3 to 1.0 号 harisu, Kouchuukou 0.4 to 1.0 号 and Koukouchou 0.6 to 1.5 号. Closed lengths run 73 cm to 113 cm, so the longest rods still break down to something carryable.
Prices run ¥9,500 to ¥37,800 before tax. The hardness grade is the variant axis: one length is sold in several grades, each with its own weight, tippet rating, price and product number.
