Miyabi is a Japan-made edition of the compact Shoryu carp pole, which Nissin sells on the detail of its finish rather than on a change to the blank.
Three rods cover 4.50 m to 6.30 m at 115 g to 225 g, closing to 56 cm, with a 0.8 to 1.5 号 harisu rating.
Prices run ¥29,000 to ¥38,000 before tax, about ¥1,000 above the standard compact rod at each length.
