ARES ZEROSUM X4 Mukyoku

Mukyoku means limitless, and this 2026 model sits at the top of Nissin's iso range. Eight rods cover 5.15 m and 5.30 m in five classes at 210 g to 230 g on a high-density four-axis blank.

Prices run ¥95,000 to ¥99,000 before tax, the most expensive rods Nissin lists. Power is the 号 class, the Japanese scale for iso rods: a 1号 blank is a fine float rod and a 5号 is a heavy one, and each class is a separate rod with its own weight, rating and price. 遠投 (entou) in a class name marks the long-casting version.
