Gun Rodders is the Pluggin' baitcast line for big trout. The rods run UL to XXH and cover lures from 2 to 70 grams, a span wide enough to take in light plugging and the heavy minnows and big baits used on main-stream and lake trout. Every blank is the Dr.BORON sheet composite, carbon / boron / carbon / boron / carbon, tuned to the parabolic slow action that defines the brand: the full rod bends, power transitions without a flat spot, and the hard boron butt absorbs and controls large fish that overload a stiff high-carbon blank.
The line is topped by the Vapour Trail 87XXH, the heaviest plugging rod in the range, built for the largest lures and fish Gun Rodders is aimed at.
