Black Mamba is an 8-model grouper boat range running 3 to 3.3 m. Taiwanese grouper rods are fished over commercial pens and boat marks with heavy sinker loads, so the blank is rated by lead rather than lure. Protako's own copy names targets grouper. The build is described with Fuji components, a dedicated reel seat and EVA grips. Carbon content is quoted at 99%. Builds run 3-piece and 420 to 535 g. Taiwanese list prices work out around $188 to $203.
