STARGAZER is a boat jigging series built on Restaffine's full-length boron blank, distinguished by its named models, including the deep-water ALFONSINO kinme special. That deep-jigging model is aimed at fishing well down in the water column for kinme and similar deep targets, where a blank that keeps lifting power through a long, loaded bend matters. The series uses boron for its resistance to deformation under sustained load, the quality Restaffine builds its jigging rods around. Most jigging models come in both Spinning and Bait builds, and STARGAZER's named models let an angler pick a rod tuned to a specific deep or offshore application rather than a generic action. Rods are built to order, with guides specified as titanium-frame SiC or stainless. STARGAZER sits with MasterBlade and SEA'S Conductor in Restaffine's boat-jigging core, with the ALFONSINO special marking the deep-water end of the brand's jigging coverage.
