AGILE

AGILE is Ripple Fisher's light-jigging series for vertical boat games, covering the many targets and methods that fall under that category: tairaba (rubber jigging), tungsten micro-jigging, slow-pitch and light jigging for amberjack-class fish, sea bream and rockfish. Two short two-piece models anchor the line. The 67ML is 6ft 7in with a Regular Fast action for deep water beyond 100 to 150m and strong current, handling tairaba from 100 to 300g and tungsten jigs from 60 to 180g. The 60MH is 6ft, a stiffer Regular-taper blank with even tension from tip to butt, rated for jigs 100 to 180g and slow-pitch jigs 150 to 250g. Both take PE 0.8 to 2.0 and join with a grip joint, weighing 127 to 136g. Fuji SiC-S titanium K guides. Recommended reels are small spinning or conventional sizes in the 200 to 400 range, reflecting the light-line vertical use.
