Ultimo is Ripple Fisher's flagship boat-casting series, chasing GT and kingfish with light, high-balance, high-rebound blanks tuned above all for casting distance. The three spinning models cover a working range: 82ML pairs an ML tip's forgiving followthrough with the series' lightest, longest-casting blank for diving-pencil GT and kingfish top-water; 83M is the balanced main model for mid-weight 240 mm divers and poppers; and 710MH is a shorter, stiffer 7'10" power rod for large 260 mm pencils, sinking-pencil jerking and popper work off low or crowded decks. In 2024 the series gained Ripple Fisher's first dedicated boat-casting bait rod, the 86M/B, designed from a clean sheet for long leaders, thick lines and heavy winching, with a rubber foregrip and large-diameter guides. Fittings are finished to flagship standard, all on Fuji SiC-S titanium K plus SiC RV guides. Comfort Weights run 70 to 160 g, lines to MAX PE 8, drag maxes 12 to 15 kg. Spinning models 82ML/83M/710MH plus the 86M/B bait model.
