Zing Gen 3 | Beach and Rock

This is the beach and rock group within the Zing Gen 3 range, built for shore casting at distance. Seven spin rods run from 9'6" to 10'6" across Medium, Heavy, and Extra Heavy powers, covering light spinning for whiting and bream through to heavy plastic work for snapper and casting for cod and barramundi.

The blanks are HyperKinetic Nano+ fibre graphite. Componentry is Fuji throughout: DPS reel seats, BC frosted corrosion-control finish, and the latest Concept O guides. Grips are custom super-hard EVA on ergonomic 3D FX reel seats.

The longer lengths from 9'6" to 10'6" and heavier powers in this group separate it from the shorter inshore Zing Gen 3 models, targeting anglers who cast from beaches and rock platforms and need the reach and backbone to launch heavier lures and control larger fish from the shore. The Medium models handle lighter shore work for whiting and bream, while the Heavy and Extra Heavy models carry the power for snapper plastics and casting metals at pelagics from the rocks. The Fuji BC frosted finish adds corrosion control for the salt spray of shore fishing, and the DPS reel seats and custom super-hard EVA grips keep the rod comfortable and secure through the long casting sessions that beach and rock work involve.
