Zing Gen 3 | Slow Pitch

This is the slow-pitch jigging group within the Zing Gen 3 range. Five rods run short, from 6' to 6'3", across Light, Medium, and Medium Heavy powers, matched to the compact lengths that slow-pitch jigging uses to work the lure with rod loading rather than the arms.

The blanks are HyperKinetic Nano+ fibre graphite, with Fuji DPS reel seats, BC frosted corrosion-control finish, Fuji Concept O guides, 3D FX ergonomic seats, and custom super-hard EVA grips.

Slow pitch is an offshore jigging technique where the rod's action drives the jig's fall and flutter, so the shorter lengths and specific power range here are tuned for that job rather than casting. This group gives the Zing Gen 3 platform a dedicated jig option alongside its shore and inshore models. The compact 6' to 6'3" lengths keep the angler close to the reel for the rhythmic lift-and-drop of the technique, and the Light to Medium Heavy powers match the range of jig weights fished over reef and offshore ground. The Fuji Concept O guides and BC frosted corrosion-control finish carry through from the rest of the Gen 3 line, and the super-hard EVA grips give a secure hold during sustained jigging sessions.
