Xtractor Custom

The Xtractor Custom is the top build of the compact Xtractor platform, finished to a custom-shop specification. Lengths run 6ft, 9ft, and 10ft with test curves from 3lb up to a 4lb 10ft model, so the range covers everything from margin stalking to heavier lead work in a short rod.

The blank steps up to super-high-modulus low-resin carbon with matt armoured-carbon helix construction, BulletPoint tip construction for fast tip recovery, and the VARI-TAPER joint system to keep the action progressive through the ferrule. Hardware is the clearest upgrade over the standard Xtractor+: American Tackle Ti-Forged Air guides in a 50mm pattern on the 9ft and 10ft rods, a 16mm Delta Black anti-frap tip with NanoLite ceramic insert, and a CNC-1K carbon DPS-18 reel seat with matt black hoods (size 16 on the 6ft).

Cosmetics follow the custom brief: Deception-Camo EVA handle, laser-etched S-logo butt cap, and a pair of Tadpole rod ties supplied with each rod. It is aimed at anglers already sold on the short-rod format who want component quality closer to a custom build than a budget stalker.
