SUIKEI SPECIAL is a 5-model short-section keiryu stream range running 5.9 to 8.3 m. Keiryu rods are fixed-line stream tackle, fished with bait on a fine tippet and no reel at all. The build is described with a tubular tip. The stated design priorities are high sensitivity, handling and lifting power. Carbon content is quoted at 99%. Builds run 11 to 15 sections and 105 to 195 g. Japanese list prices run ¥45,000 to ¥76,000 (about $300 to $507).
