UBS, the Uli Beyer Serie, is the big-fish end of Zeck's predator range: eight Baitjigger spin rods and the Big Bait Cast. The Baitjigger runs three power classes, MH at 60 g, H at 80 g and XH at 120 g, each in lengths from 240 to 300 cm, built for oversized soft baits jigged for zander and pike. Big Bait Cast 260 tops the family with a 50-200 g rating for swimbait-class lures on a casting reel. Designed with Uli Beyer, the German big-pike angler, all are two-piece carbon blanks with published tolerance ceilings above the ideal range.
