Detective is an eging pair, and the rating tells you so: the lure column is in EGI SIZE, 1.8 to 3.8, not grams. The blank is a layered T1100G and M40X carbon with Fuji A guides, which is where the sensitivity the factory claims comes from — jig fishing for squid depends on reading a weight change rather than a pull.
