The Green Series is Googan Squad's entry-level freshwater bass rod lineup, marketed primarily toward newer and budget-conscious anglers. The series spans casting and spinning configurations across technique-specific builds, frogging/punching, crankbait/jerkbait, finesse spinning, and ultra-light, making it a broad platform instead of a single-technique tool. A measuring tape printed on the blank and a Catch Smart rating system (technique pairing guide printed directly on the rod) are distinctive onboarding features.
Blanks are composite 24/30-ton carbon fiber construction, balancing weight and cost. Guides use ceramic inserts. Reel seats are standard graphite/composite. Handles are split-grip EVA. The two-piece variants in the lineup are identical in spec to their one-piece counterparts, same length, power, and action, serving travel or convenience use cases. Build quality is appropriate for the price tier; some user reports note reel seat loosening and lower sensitivity versus higher-modulus rods. The 12 models divide into five casting and seven spinning rods.
Casting covers the 7' MH Fast ("Go-To"), 6'9" M Moderate ("Twitch"), 7'2" M Moderate ("Reaction"), and 7'5" H Extra-Fast ("Muscle") applications. Spinning ranges from the 6' UL Fast micro-ultra-light through a 7' L Extra-Fast light wire, 6'10" M Moderate finesse-light, 7' M Fast finesse, and 7'2" MH Fast go-to spinning. Two-piece versions of the 7' M spinning and 7' MH spinning, and 7' MH casting, duplicate their 1-piece counterparts.

A closer look at notable models.
Ultra-light at 6'; the lightest, shortest rod in the Green Series. targets panfish, trout, and micro-lure presentations. 1/64 oz lower lure limit sets this clearly outside the rest of the bass-focused lineup.
"Twitch" model with Moderate action for jerkbaits and reaction crankbaits. The slower bend loads the blank on the cast and absorbs hard strikes without pulling hooks.
Light power, Extra-Fast action for small lures on light line, drop shots, Ned rigs, and small finesse baits where maximum tip sensitivity matters. Two-piece only.
"Reaction" model; longer than the Twitch at 7'2" with a slightly heavier lure range. Suited to medium-diving crankbaits, swimbaits, and similar reaction presentations that benefit from a slower blank.
"Muscle" model, the heaviest, longest, fastest-tipping casting rod in the series. Built for flipping, pitching, and punching heavy cover. Extra-Fast tip and H power give quick hookset authority on buried fish.
